His undergraduate degree in psychology is from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Dr. Levy completed his residency in neurosurgery at University Hospital in Denver, Colo. Dr. Levy serves as an assistant clinical professor in the department of neurosurgery at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Dr. Levy is the chief of neurosurgery and neurotrauma at St. Anthony Hospital in Denver. He has privileges at Lutheran, University, Littleton Adventist and Porter Adventist Hospitals. He belongs to the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, Rocky Mountain Neurosurgery Society, Colorado Medical Society and the Denver Medical Society. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Traumatic Brain Injury Trust Fund and the Spinal Injury Foundation. Dr. Levy was also named a 2009 Top Doctor by 5280 Magazine. Dr. Levy is married with two daughters and he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking and backpacking. |
